Guidelines for using The Ninety-Nine responsibly.
The Ninety-Nine is intended to help churches coordinate outreach with care, respect, and accountability.
Use the app for ministry coordination only
Use The Ninety-Nine to coordinate outreach, follow-up, visit status, and basic notes related to ministry care.
Do not use it for unrelated personal, commercial, political, or private purposes.
Respect every household
- Be respectful, peaceful, and courteous in all contact.
- Do not pressure, harass, argue with, or repeatedly contact anyone who does not want contact.
- Honor any request to stop contact immediately.
- Use the “Do Not Contact” status when appropriate.
Be careful with notes
- Only enter notes that are needed for outreach coordination.
- Do not enter sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, or confidential information.
- Do not enter gossip, speculation, insults, or unnecessary private details.
- Assume notes may be reviewed by authorized church leadership.
Protect login access
- Do not share your username or password.
- Log out when using a shared device.
- Report any suspected unauthorized access to your church administrator.
