Authorized use

The Ninety-Nine may only be used by authorized users for church outreach coordination, follow-up tracking, and ministry care.

Church responsibility

Each church or organization using The Ninety-Nine is responsible for its users, volunteers, outreach practices, imported data, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Church accounts and authorized teams

Each church account represents one church or organization's outreach team. Church administrators should invite users only when those users are participating in outreach on behalf of that church account.

Separate churches or independent ministries should normally use their own church account and subscription. Partner churches may work together when they are intentionally operating under the same outreach effort and the church managing the account accepts responsibility for that use.

User responsibility

• Use the system respectfully and lawfully.
• Keep login credentials private.
• Enter only appropriate outreach-related notes.
• Honor “Do Not Contact” requests.
• Do not misuse, export, copy, or share data without authorization.

Prohibited use

• Harassment, intimidation, or unwanted repeated contact.
• Political campaigning or unrelated solicitation.
• Entering sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, or confidential information.
• Attempting to access another church’s data without permission.
• Sharing account access with another person.

Availability and changes

The Ninety-Nine may be updated, changed, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable during maintenance, hosting issues, or development changes.

No guarantee

The system is provided as-is. While reasonable care is taken to support secure and reliable use, no software system can guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or absolute security.

Account suspension

Access may be limited, suspended, or removed for misuse, security concerns, policy violations, or at the request of church leadership.
