Information is used to help churches coordinate outreach, avoid duplicated effort, track follow-up,
and support responsible ministry care.
Who can access information
Access is limited to authorized users connected with the church or administrative account managing the outreach data.
Church administrators may be able to review volunteer activity, claimed addresses, notes, and history.
Notes and sensitive information
Users should not enter sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, or confidential information into notes.

Security
The Ninety-Nine uses login-based access controls and hosted web/database infrastructure. No system can guarantee
